Delivery is available only to specific areas. You must enter your delivery address on our website/app to confirm service availability. We reserve the right to refuse service to areas deemed unsafe or outside our standard delivery zone.
Estimated Time: All delivery times provided during checkout are estimates only. Actual delivery time may vary due to kitchen volume, traffic, and weather conditions.
Acceptance: By placing an order for delivery, you acknowledge that delivery times are not guaranteed.
Recipient Availability: The customer is responsible for ensuring that a recipient is available at the provided delivery address to receive the order during the estimated delivery window.
Inaccessible Address: If the delivery address is inaccessible, incorrect, or if the recipient is unavailable, the driver will attempt to contact the customer. If the delivery cannot be completed, the order will be cancelled, and no refund will be issued.
Delivery fees are calculated based on distance and are displayed during the checkout process before payment is confirmed.
